OneLine Wallet is a digital prepaid wallet service operated by Nathan Groups India Private Limited (CIN: U46497TZ2025PTC036548), based in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
This wallet allows users to load funds via Razorpay and use the balance for transactions within the Nathan Groups ecosystem, including Nathan Health Plus and related platforms.
- You must be 18 years or older to use this service
- You must provide a valid Indian mobile number
- One account per mobile number is allowed
- You must not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws
OneLine Wallet is a closed-loop prepaid wallet. Funds added to the wallet can only be used for:
- Purchases within Nathan Groups platforms
- Service payments as listed in the app
- Recharge and top-up services (where applicable)
Note: Wallet balance cannot be transferred to bank accounts or other wallets. Loaded funds are non-refundable except in case of technical errors.
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- Nathan Groups India does not store your card/bank details
- Minimum recharge amount is ₹10
- All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- GST or applicable taxes may apply
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6-digit password. You agree to:
- Not share your password with anyone
- Immediately report any unauthorized access
- Log out after each session on shared devices
Nathan Groups India is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
- Using the wallet for illegal transactions
- Providing false personal information
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
- Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Using the wallet for money laundering
Nathan Groups India reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- Required by law or regulatory authority
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
Nathan Groups India may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
